INTERIM ORDER

Advocate Sadab Shaikh is present for the complainants.
Advocate Anwar Landge is present for the respondent.

1. The matter was listed for hearing on 19.05.2025 at Sr. No. 136 before this
Authority. Where in the following roznama is recorded:
“Both parties are present.
Respondent seeks time to file a reply. Matters adjourned to 09.06.2025.
The complainants at Sr. No. 136 have filed an amendment application seeking to
substitute the names of individual allottees with that of the Association of
Allottees. The amendment application is allowed.”

2. It is observed that the amendment application dated 07.05.2025 is on record.
The complainants are seeking the following reliefs in the amendment
application:
“vii) Thus the Applicant by virtue of the present application seeks permission of this
Hon'ble court to amend the present complaint by changing the title of complaint, from
individual name 'DEVIDAS WADHWANI AND ORS' to Association name
‘Association of Allotees – Poddar Riveria 1'
viii) Hence the present application may be kindly allowed.”

3. From the above, it is observed the complainants have prayed for permission
to amend the complaint by changing the title from the individual names,
namely ‘Devidas Wadhwani and Ors.’ to ‘Association of Allotees – Poddar
Riveria 1’

4. In view of the submissions and prayer made in the said application, the
amendment is allowed.
