1. The complainant in the captioned complaint is seeking interim relief, to
restrain the respondent from selling any flat which measures 2520 square
feet.

2. The learned advocate for the respondent submits that this matter does
not fall within the ambit of RERA and there is no sales or purchase
agreement of the subject flat.

3. Upon perusal of the records and after considering the submissions made,
the Authority finds that there is an investment agreement on record in
which no particular flat number has been mentioned.

4. In view of the agreement on record, the prayer for interim relief is
