1. ​ The complainant has filed present application seeking a "No Reply" order
against the Respondent.

2. ​ In short, the facts of the application are as follows:

The Complainant submitted that he has filed the present Complaint on 16th
April 2025. The matter was listed for hearing on 2nd December 2025. On that
date, the Respondent sought time to file its written statement/reply, and this
Authority has granted time till 24th December 2025. Despite the opportunity
granted, the Respondent has failed to file its written statement/reply till date,
in breach of the order of this Authority.

3. ​ The respondent has not filed reply on the application filed by the
complainant, nor has he filed reply on the main complaint.

4. ​ I have gone through the application. It is seen that no doubt the Complaint
was filed on 16th April 2025 and was listed for hearing on 2nd December

2025. At the request of the Respondent, time was granted till 24th December
2025 to file its reply. Later, the hearing was scheduled on 01.04.2026, on that
day also the respondent did not upload the reply and further requested two
weeks’ time to upload the reply. It is observed that the Respondent has not
filed its reply to the Complaint or to the present application despite the
opportunity granted.

5. ​ In view thereof, the right of the Respondent to file its reply in the present
Complaint stands closed. The matter shall proceed further without the reply
of the Respondent.

O R D E R

1. ​ The application is allowed. The right of the respondent to file its reply in
the present Complaint stands closed.

2. ​ No order as to costs.
