Complainants present in person and Advocate Nikita Abhyankar present for the
complainants.
Advocate Akshata Naik present for the respondent.

1. The captioned complaint was scheduled for hearing on 21.05.2026. The learned
Advocate for the complainants sought interim relief directing the respondent to
register the agreement for sale on the ground that more than 20% of the
consideration amount has already been paid. However, considering that the
termination notice was issued in the month of April 2026 and the present
complaint has been filed within a month thereafter, this Authority is not inclined
to grant the interim relief as prayed for at this stage.

2. In the meantime, the respondent is directed not to create any third-party rights
in respect of the subject apartment till further orders.

3. The matter shall be listed as per seniority.
