1. ​ The Complainant has filed present application for amendment in the
complaint.
In short facts of the application are as follows:

2. ​ According to the Complainant, he filed present complaint in the capacity of
Secretary of the Ad-hoc committee of the allottee. Thereafter allottees of the
project formed several Co-operative housing Societies under MCS Act, 1960. It
is further contended that it is necessary to add the said 11 Co-operative
housing Societies as a Complainants in the present complaint.

3. ​ The Respondent has uploaded reply and opposed this application contending
that application is not maintainable, irrelevant, so deserves to be rejected in
limine. It is further submitted that the Maharera guidelines clearly provide
that separate complaints must be filed for distinct issues or by distinct
Complainants, unless a common cause of action and common relief are
involved and there is no such common cause of action or common relief exists.
Hence, Respondent requested for rejection of the application.

4. ​ The Complainant also uploaded written submissions in support of the
application. I have gone through the same.

5. ​ It is seen that the Complainant has filed present application to implead the 11
Co-operative housing Societies as a Complainants in the present complaint,
the names of which mentioned in the application, the Complainant is not
entitled to implead the said 11 Co-operative housing Societies as a
Complainants in the present complaint. It is necessary for the said societies to
file an application to implead them in the present complaint as a
Complainants. Hence, in my considered view, the such type of application
cannot be allowed and deserves to be rejected. Hence, I proceed to pass
following orders.
O R D E R

1. ​ The application is rejected.
