1. The matter was listed for hearing on 04.06.2025 at Sr. No. 121 before this
Authority. The following roznama is recorded:
“Complainant at Sr. No. 121 seeks to amend the prayers in the complaint.
The amendment is allowed, subject to and a copy of the amended complaint shall
be served upon the respondent by the complainant. Issue fresh notice to the
respondent. Matters adjourned to 23.07.2025.”

2. During the course of hearing, the learned advocate for the complainant
submitted that the complainant seeks to amend the prayers in the complaint.
Although no formal amendment application is found on record, the Authority,
considering the oral request and in the interest of justice, allows the
complainant to amend the prayers.

3. The complainant is accordingly directed to file the amended complaint
incorporating the revised prayers within two weeks from the date of this
