1. The Complainant has filed the present application for amendment in the complaint.

2. In short facts of the application are as follows:

3. According to the Complainant, the Advocate for Respondent No. 1 informed the
Complainant that on 20th May 2025 the name of Respondent No. 1 has changed from
‘Indiabulls Properties Private Limited’ to ‘Sky Forest Projects Private Limited’, Respondent
No. 1 shared the Certificate of Incorporation dated 22nd September 2023 with the
Complainant. Similarly, the name of Respondent No. 2 has also changed from ‘Indiabulls
Housing Finance Limited’ to ‘Sammaan Capital Limited’, a copy of Certificate of
Incorporation as pursuant to change name is annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit- A &
Exhibit- B respectively.

4. In-view of the above, the Complainant is filing the present application to amend the
compliant in order to reflect the revised names of the Respondents Nos.1 & 2. The
Complainant contended that no prejudice will be caused to the Respondents if the present
application is allowed as prayed for.

5. The Complainant also uploaded certificates of incorporation as pursuant to change of name
of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 as Exh- A & B issued by Government of India Ministry of Corporate

Affairs dated 22/09/2023 and 21/05/2025. Considering the same, the present application
deserves to be allowed.

6. Hence, I pass the following order: -
ORDER

1. The application is allowed as prayed for.

2. The Complainant is permitted to amend the names of the Respondent No.1 & 2 within the
four corners of the present application.

3. No order as to costs.
